Adamu Muhammad Jega is a strategic leader with over 15 years of executive experience in Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas sector, specialising in regulatory compliance, energy finance, and strategic investment management.

He currently serves as Business Development Manager at Rainoil Limited, where he oversees regulatory liaison with the NMDPRA and NUPRC, financial reconciliations with NNPC Trading, and strategic risk management in collaboration with key government and security agencies. His prior roles at MRS Oil Nigeria Plc spanned commercial strategy, operations management, and compliance oversight across Northern Nigeria.

Mr. Jega holds an MBA in Energy Management from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and a B.Sc. in Political Science and Economics from Bayero University, Kano. He brings to any board deep expertise in corporate governance, energy infrastructure, regulatory policy, and risk oversight, combined with a strong record of operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.
