Muslimat Folake Oshodi is a seasoned legal and investment professional with more than a decade of experience in commercial law, telecommunications law, and non-interest financial transactions. She brings to the Board a deep understanding of contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and ethical investment structuring.

She currently serves as Director of International Business at TrustArthur UK Limited, where she has successfully led several cross-border investment transactions and coordinated institutional partnerships between Nigerian and international stakeholders. Her role includes investor relations, portfolio documentation, and liaison with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with both local and international standards.

Before joining TrustArthur, she was Principal Solicitor at Ade Oshodi & Co, where she represented clients in civil and commercial matters, managed property and company registrations, and provided advisory services to corporate entities and non-profit organisations. Her expertise in commercial contracts, data policy, and arbitration significantly enhances the governance depth of the Arthur Capital Partners Board.

Muslimat holds an LL.M. in Telecommunications and Commercial Law from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009 after obtaining her LL.B. from Lagos State University.
