With a career spanning Stanbic IBTC, Diamond Bank, and other top-tier financial institutions, Martins has successfully structured multi-million-dollar transactions, led high-value corporate partnerships, and played a pivotal role in shaping financial policies. He was appointed by the CEO of Stanbic IBTC Holdings as a member of the Presidential Technical Committee on the 2012 Subsidy Payment to Oil Marketers, demonstrating his expertise in policy advisory and financial oversight.
